The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and executing the supplier capital expenditure (CapEx) strategy within the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the global supply chain. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize CapEx spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute the supplier CapEx strategy: Align with overall business objectives to create a comprehensive CapEx plan that drives cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigationSupplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving valueCost reduction and negotiation: Leverage negotiation skills to achieve optimal pricing and terms for equipment and tooling purchasesSupplier performance management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvementRisk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with supplier CapEx, including supply chain disruptions and cost fluctuationsCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize CapEx spendingSupplier development: Identify and develop strategic suppliers capable of meeting the company's long-term needs
What You'll Bring
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or with a focus on CapExProven track record of achieving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiencyStrong negotiation and contract management skillsProficiency in data analysis and financial modelingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGlobal mindset and experience working with international suppliers

Expected Compensation
$82,800 - $189,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
