Product Manager to lead the Infrastructure, Water Management, and Transportation product lines within our Commercial Construction Division. This is your opportunity to own and grow a key portfolio in a company known for innovation, sustainability, and market leadership.
In this high-impact role, you’ll drive profitable and sustainable growth by managing a competitive product range, launching innovative solutions, and delivering real value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Drive Growth & Profitability: Lead the charge on product line growth by setting realistic sales targets in collaboration with Sales Management and tracking performance regularly.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Define annual SMART objectives and action plans aligned with business goals and track progress monthly with leadership.
- Marketing & Demand Creation: Boost market presence using all marketing channels—sales tools, social media, webinars, and training programs—to generate demand.
- Customer & Sales Alignment: Stay closely connected to the sales team and the field to ensure Sika’s offering remains competitive and customer-focused.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead innovation that sets Sika apart—introduce new products, conduct timely field tests, and ensure expert teams are aligned with commercial goals.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle using Sika’s Product Creation Process—from innovation to packaging, launch, and performance tracking.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to assess opportunities, benchmark competitors, and expand Sika’s market share.
- Team Enablement & Product Positioning: Ensure sales teams are fully trained and equipped to position products for value—not just price—while also managing warranty strategies and risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field of study
- Min. 5 years experience in a Technical Marketing or Sales role
- Sales experience extremely desirable
- Min. 2 year site/field work in construction a plus
- High level of communication skills
- Must have excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
