Currently, StaffBright has a great Regional Business Development Manager opportunity based in the Atlanta, GA area. We're seeking a driven, results-oriented individual to oversee new business development across the Southeast region, specifically Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. This is a field-based role focused on hunting new business opportunities in the heavy equipment rental industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead strategic sales efforts by identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities across GA, SC, and FL.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients in the heavy equipment sector.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, customer satisfaction, and long-term account success.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences throughout the territory.
What We Need From You:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a hunter-style business development or sales role
- 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment rental industry
- Strong understanding of regional markets in the Southeastern U.S.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and drive results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
