Equipment Maintenance Technician:
As a Tesla Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of a wide array of manufacturing equipment. You will apply your technical skills to install, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, factory automation and robotics. You will work with the highest caliber process and equipment engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize or eliminate downtime. Tesla's Equipment Maintenance is also the first-responding problem solvers who manage machine breakdown recoveries to keep production running.
Production Supervisor:
Join the Cell Manufacturing Production team as a Production Supervisor, leading Associates and Leads in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.
Equipment Maintenance Supervisor:
Supervise a group of equipment maintenance technicians that are responsible for equipment availability, and performance. Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility. Perform supporting activities for engineering and manufacturing including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures. Manage workload with a positive attitude as a hands-on team player in a collaborative work environment.
Quality Technician
Tesla is seeking a Quality Systems Engineering Technician to assist in developing and implementing quality systems. This position will involve identifying inefficiencies across the business and be responsible for implementation of technical solutions by working closely with the Technical Program Manager. Your changes will have impact on the way people work. To be successful in your role, business stakeholders should be able to trust your expertise for suggesting quantifiable solutions that will persist long after you move on to your next initiative.
