Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for BESS installations, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Responsible for the industrial development and system design of BESS.
- Define and coordinate the architecture of the BESS system, including the design of solutions for PCS (Power Conversion System), BMS (Battery Management System), EMS (Energy Management System), BAT (Battery Technology), and electrical and structural components.
- Record support cases, root cause analyses, and solutions in the company’s CRM system, conduct system performance reviews, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Promptly address technical issues reported by customers, track technical problems and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions; gather customer requirements and communicate effectively with the headquarters' R&D department.
- Create and provide technical documentation and training materials; compile maintenance case studies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Over 3 years of work experience in energy storage, renewable energy, solar PV, or power systems.
- Hands-on experience with lithium-ion batteries, inverters, or grid-tied systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer visits.
- Strong organizational skills, execution ability, good stress management, and team-oriented.
- Strong learning ability, service orientation, sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work attitude. Strong self-motivation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

岗位职责：
- 为BESS安装提供远程和现场技术支持，诊断并解决与电池储能系统（BESS）相关的技术问题。
- 负责BESS（电池储能系统）的产业化开发及系统方案设计。
- 定义并协调BESS体系架构，包括PCS（功率转换系统）、BMS（电池管理系统）、EMS（能源管理系统）、BAT（电池技术）及电气与结构等部分的方案设计。
- 在公司的CRM系统中记录支持案例、根本原因分析和解决方案，进行系统性能评审，并推荐优化策略。
