Role Description
The Commercial Credit Manager is primarily responsible for the management of the credit and collections department at Lee Financial Services. They must demonstrate strong credit acumen, including financial statement analysis and collections law, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a high level of accuracy and consistency. They must be able to properly identify correct borrowers, guarantors, principals, and the structure of the loan and leases. The Commercial Credit Manager must have excellent customer service and negotiation skills. They must be able to structure a loan request, given the credit risk profile of the borrower and collateral presented, and ensure a profitable margin for each loan. They must also be able to provide restructuring for high-risk customers and minimize exposure to the company.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of commercial credit experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized approach.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level).
