About the RoleAs an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial transactions within our business. Working across multiple departments—including Logistics, Suppliers, Buyers, and Purchasing—you will proactively resolve issues, manage invoice processing, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
This role requires someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you will be liaising with internal teams to resolve missing stock, quantity discrepancies, and invoicing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
⚡ Processing 300-400 invoices per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
⚡ Liaising with various stakeholders, including Purchasing, Suppliers, and Logistics, to resolve missing stock and quantity discrepancies
⚡ Handling invoice queries, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolution
⚡ Building strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively troubleshoot issues
⚡ Ensuring compliance with financial processes and procedures
⚡ Following instructions accurately while also taking initiative to problem-solve independently
⚡ Proactively managing time and workload to meet deadlines and business needs
Experience to SucceedWe are looking for someone with:
⚡ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments
⚡ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
⚡ Customer service experience, as this role requires handling queries and managing relationships
⚡ Strong time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
⚡ Ability to follow instructions accurately and take ownership of tasks
⚡ Previous experience in Accounts Payable is not required, but experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused industries is a plus
