We are seeking a Staff Analyst, Business Intelligence Financial Services to optimize Lucid’s Financial Services product offerings. This role requires a blend of expertise in Automotive Finance, business analytics, and data management. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally and interact with external business partners to execute Financial Services business objectives.
You Will
- Develop regular and ad hoc analysis of competitive landscape of loan, lease, and incentive offerings.
- Forecast competitive activity and provide guidance on setting loan and lease pricing on an ongoing basis. This requires creating forecasting models and the ability to substantiate accuracy of models.
- Provide guidance on expected impact of product and pricing actions on incentive spend and residual values, as well as validating actual residual value results.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement new Financial Services product offerings and track performance.
- Develop and maintain Financial Services performance dashboards.
You Bring
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in auto finance or related industry
- Extremely analytical with technical expertise in (auto) finance and statistics w/ the ability to perform complex financial modeling
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic
- Strong experience and track record creating something from scratch
- Bachelor's degree in related field required

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$109,200—$150,150 USD
