You Will
- Own the development of the Strategy that guides channel leads (Web, CRM, Paid Media, Comms, Social, Experiential, Partnerships, Internal Comms) toward the launch of new products, software enhancements, changes in customer experience, and high-impact campaigns
- Drive shared objectives and key results across cross-functional teams (Comms, Brand, Sales, Owner Experience, Product Marketing, and more)
- Manage the resource prioritization and output of a Marketing Creative and Production team, based on business needs
- Budget and forecast Marketing spends, tied to expected outcomes and long-term strategic goals
- Drive the editorial calendar of messaging priorities and storytelling across Marketing, Brand, and Communications
- Align with Product Marketing on market research, competitive positioning, and GTM strategies to set the rest of the XFN org up for success
- Lead the development of holistic executive recaps, tied to ongoing KPIs
- Manage both long-term and short-term Strategic initiatives
- Maintain “single source of truth” documents that facilitate operational excellence
You Bring
- 10+ years expertise, with hands-on experience in most Marketing areas (Social, CRM, Paid, SEO, Content, Creative, Brand, Strategy)
- 10+ years experience in DTC brand-building
- Proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and managing budgets
- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams and interdisciplinary projects that span regions
- Proven track record of directly managing teams (5+ people)
- As comfortable presenting to executives as leading small group meetings

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$167,100—$245,080 USD
