Position Overview:
We are currently hiring an Body Shop Technician with expertise in repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods
-Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and surface preparation
-Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately
-Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role
-Certification in auto body repair is a plus
-Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques
-Proficiency in using body repair tools and equipment
-Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
-Effective communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
