Position Summary:
The Capital Programs Control Manager is responsible for establishing program controls and consistent operational reporting on a large program of fast-paced EV charging infrastructure projects. A bridge between Accounting, FP&A, Operations, the Capital Programs Control Manager will build/ automate and manage Program level Cash Flows, CapEx forecasting, and control project level expenditures. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will be able to build from the ground up a new function with the expectation of growing this into its own department. The position is remote and will manage program level CapEx reporting for sites across the United States with up to 20% travel.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BS/ MS in Engineering + EPC experience
- 5-10 years of experience in construction-related projects working in project controls capacities.
- Expert with Tableau + Prep Builder
- Sitetracker or similar ERP experience highly preferred.
- Working with a large amount of data to derive operational insights and planning.
- Success influencing stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
For job positions in CA, CO and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $150,000.00 USD to $170,000.00 USD Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
