- Provide daily on-site operational support for project activities.
- Assist in project management, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Process, file, and archive project documentation.
- Support data management from AMS and IMS sides, including data processing, management, and AI-related support.
- Support IT system management and operation, including test automation-related support.
- Support workshop management, including test instance management and warehouse management.
- Prepare and deliver monthly summary reports covering all key activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Identify operational risks and propose mitigation measures. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial, Automotive, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of working experience in automotive project support, operations, or related fields.
- Fluent in oral and written English. German is a plus.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive working attitude.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
