About the Role
The role requires a dedicated professional with over 3 years of experience in the battery industry and manufacturing field, focusing on order management and execution risk control. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Demand Management: Collect, analyze, assess, and make necessary correctives to customer demands. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and alignment.
- Order Execution: Receive, review, and confirm customer orders; issue internal execution instructions.
- Delivery Plan: Organize evaluation and confirmation of delivery plans; monitor and ensure plan implementation.
- Production and Sales Management: Balance demand and supply to identify optimal solutions.
- Account Management: Execute reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection in accordance with contracts.
- Process and System Development: Identify and streamline business process rules. Develop and implement enhancement plans to ensure compliance and process integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
- Majors in International Trade, Finance, Accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese or German is an advantage.
