Overview:
The After-Sales Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing aftersales service operations across assigned markets (Canada/US/Middle East/Europe), ensuring service excellence, delivering a superior customer experience, and aligning with global aftersales strategies.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure all service partners and dealer workshops meet VinFast standards through KPI management, audits, and continuous improvement; enhance repair quality, reduce repeat repairs, and ensure full compliance with warranty and operational standards.
- Own the end-to-end Aftersales customer experience by optimizing vehicle downtime, repair lead time, and resolution efficiency, while continuously improving service operations based on customer feedback and performance data.
- Ensure effective execution of service campaigns and timely resolution of technical issues in alignment with global standards.
- Manage Aftersales financial performance, including budget control, cost efficiency, and revenue contribution; ensure optimal parts availability and inventory management to support service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or aftersales service operations.
- Experience working with or supporting overseas markets (North America, Europe, or Middle East) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aftersales operations, recall management, and customer experience.
- Strong end-to-end project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business trips across assigned overseas markets.
