Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Fleet and Business sales as Senior Manager, Fleet. If you have a successful track record of leading high-growth sales teams, knowledge of the EV/charging landscape, a strong network of relationships in the fleet space and a desire to support our mission to build a world of amazing abundance, this role is for you.
As Senior Manager of North America Fleet Sales, you will chart the roadmap and drive expansion of Tesla’s B2B vehicle sales program, collaborating with senior leadership across Tesla to position Tesla as a leader in the fleet space.
This role can be in Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA.
What You'll Do
Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with executive decision makers at existing and prospect accounts, as well as broader stakeholders within the industryDrive sales conversations with key stakeholders of corporate accounts, enterprise clients, and fleet operators, both directly and through the actions of your team. Build strategic sales roadmap for Tesla’s continued growth and expansion in fleet sales and managementLead transformative internal partnerships across charging, legal, vehicle software, service, and other verticals to build out an exceptional B2B product from end-to-endGrow and manage a rockstar team of account managers to drive positive results in sales and market sharePartner with Tesla’s international markets on global sales opportunitiesManage operational team to ensure customers are consistently supported throughout order flow, and partner with product teams to automate and improve the purchase processContinuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and develop innovative growth strategies
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Track record of building and leading exceptional sales teams as well as exceeding aggressive sales targetsAbility to thrive in an extremely dynamic, fast paced environment and drive an equivalent rate of progressAbility to communicate effectively and persuasively to senior stakeholders both externally and internallyAbility to travel as needed up to 30%Experience navigating complex and diverse internal stakeholders and clearly articulating value propositions of needed supportDeep understanding of the fleet landscape, as well as EV and charging

Expected Compensation
$172,000 - $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
