Our Global Vision
Xiaomi EV’s overseas business is advancing steadily, with global market deployment scheduled for 2027, starting with Europe.
To ensure a successful launch, we have established Overseas R&D Centers and dedicated oversea preparation teams. We are currently focusing on:

Responsibilities:
- Channel Rules & Policy Design: Lead the development of network planning for the UK, be responsible for the development and implementation of online channels, and establish an agency system to acquire local customers.
- Customer Access & Channel System Building: Define entry standards for international customers, build a tiered evaluation system, and lead the selection and certification of quality overseas dealers and agents, ensure customer qualifications meet company strategy and risk control requirements.
- Establish standards for site selection, store grading, and dealer/channel development (expansion, white space coverage, and quotas). Ensure network results and quality align with planning.
- Internal Process Management: Coordinate demand parties, internal control, legal, credit control and other departments to establish channel development processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Full Lifecycle Channel Management: Oversee daily management of overseas partners, regularly evaluate performance, drive underperforming partners to improve or exit, and lead training/empowerment systems to enhance sales and service capabilities, strengthen brand penetration in overseas markets.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with product, supply chain, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment of channel policies with company strategy; track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide decision-making insights for overseas business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of network expansion or overseas channel management experience in the UK, with 3+ years of team management experience.
- Strong market insight and strategic planning skills; expertise in channel policy design, business negotiations, and risk management.
- Familiar with international trade regulations (e.g., WTO rules, customs policies), settlement methods, and cross-border logistics.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize channel strategies through performance analysis; capable of leading complex channel projects.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
