What To Expect
As an Actuator Manufacturing Technical Project Manager, you’ll support cross-functional teams in process development, and capability expansion to enable in-house actuator manufacturing. You’ll balance technical expertise with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. This role requires close coordination between engineering, manufacturing, operations, factory, supply chain, and quality teams to drive executional excellence. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan strategically and execute with excellence.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end project management for actuator manufacturing from process development to manufacturing line implementationDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plansCoordinate with cross functional teams on multiple continents to prioritize and manage high-impact changes and drive improvements to all relevant project schedulesDrive design-for-manufacturability and process capability improvementsServe as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and suppliersManage technical documentation, validation, and production readiness reviewsTrack and report project status using KPIs and performance metricsSupport sourcing, tooling, and supplier qualification for actuator componentsCoordinate production ramp-up efforts, including process validation and operator trainingChampion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and project execution
What You'll Bring
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability3+ years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment, with a preference of high-volume manufacturingStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, machining, assembly, and testing processesProactive, highly organized, and detail oriented, with strong technical communication ability - able to drive improvements across a global interdisciplinary teamProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and JiraExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset

Expected Compensation
$104,000 - $234,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
