Job Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct competitor research in the Korean market, leading research activities, collecting market information through consumer surveys/interviews/test drive events, identifying market demands early, and providing rapid feedback.
- Product Planning:Handling product selection, identifying opportunities/risks based on competitor analysis, and planning medium- to long-term product lines. Pricing of products/optional configurations/online services, managing OTA/software/network service feature requests and launch plans, and preparing and reporting product planning materials.
- Development Management: Managing Korean market policy requirements and consumer demands, converting them into engineering development requirements for input to the R&D team, leading multi-departmental collaboration between sales, R&D, and production, promoting the implementation of Korean market demands, ensuring products meet Korean regulations, and continuously improving product competitiveness based on Korean customer needs.
- Product Marketing: Familiar with the product technologies of Zeekr & Lynk&Co and its competitors, explaining technical details to dealers and consumers, and providing technical support to the sales team.
- Technical Support: Providing local development/verification support for Korean market adaptation needs, liaising with R&D personnel, and assisting with on-site work.
Required Skills
1. Native or near-native speaker of Korean, fluent in spoken Korean.
2. Fluent in at least one of English or Chinese at a working level.
3. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mechanical/electronic/software engineering or consumer/marketing business.
4. At least 4 years of work experience, with experience in the automotive industry or overseas expansion into South Korea preferred.
5. In-depth understanding of automotive product system architecture and technology, familiar with automotive brands and the competitive landscape in the South Korean market.
6. South Korean driver's license and independent driving ability preferred.
