Job Title: Sales Operation Specialist - Fleet
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Order Management
Act as the primary operational contact for corporate and fleet customers, supporting the end-to-end vehicle ordering and fulfillment process.
- Order Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination
Manage vehicle orders in CRM/ERP systems, monitor production and stock availability, and coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and delivery teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Support Key Account Managers in quotation preparation, order processing, contract administration, and customer onboarding activities.
- Fleet Allocation & Inventory Management
Coordinate vehicle allocation for fleet customers, optimize inventory utilization, and ensure alignment between customer demand and vehicle availability.
- Customer Delivery Tracking
Monitor order status from order placement through vehicle handover, proactively communicate updates, identify risks, and resolve delivery issues.
- Sales Program & Pricing Administration
Implement fleet sales programs, pricing policies, and commercial conditions, ensuring consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Incentive & Rebate Management
Track and administer fleet customer incentive programs, rebates, and special commercial agreements, ensuring accurate calculation and timely settlement.
- Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales performance, order pipeline, inventory levels, and delivery KPIs. Prepare regular reports and insights to support business planning and management decision-making.
Continuously improve sales operation processes and system workflows to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with logistics, finance, product, marketing, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful execution of Key Account business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with German fleet customers, leasing companies, corporate customers, or automotive retail operations is highly preferred.
- Experience managing complex order fulfillment processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in SAP/CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Native-level or business-fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced international environment.
