'기술 전문 외교관' 역할을 수행합니다. 서드파티 앱의 온보딩, SDK 통합부터 최종 검증 및 마켓 출시까지 파트너사의 기술적 라이프사이클 전반을 책임집니다. 특히 비즈니스의 빠른 성장(앱 생태계 확장)과 자동차 산업의 엄격한 안전/규제 기준 사이의 긴장 관계를 조율하며, 에코시스템 내 품질과 안전성을 확보하는 핵심 기술 리더십 포지션입니다.
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a critical technical bridge and a "technical diplomat" between 42dot's Pleos Playground and external 3rd-party app developers. You will be responsible for the entire technical lifecycle of partner apps, from initial onboarding and SDK integration to final validation and market launch. In this key technical leadership role, you will balance the rapid growth of the app ecosystem with the strict safety and regulatory standards of the automotive industry, ensuring platform quality and stability.
Responsibilities
- 기술 온보딩 및 Developer Success 지원: 서드파티 개발사를 대상으로 SDK 통합, API 활용 및 개발자 포털(Playground Console) 사용 가이드를 제공하여 안정적인 연동 환경을 구축하고 'Developer Success'를 지원합니다.
- 검증 실패 대응 및 기술적 트러블슈팅: 내부 검증 조직(Ecosystem Quality & Compliance 피러) 및 외주 검증 파트너사로부터 전달받은 앱 검증 실패 항목을 분석합니다. 서드파티 개발사 엔지니어에게 실행 가능한 기술 로그(Actionable Logs)와 명확한 기술적 맥락을 구성하여 직접 피드백을 제공하고 근본 원인(Root Cause) 분석을 리드합니다.
- 이해관계자 기술 창구 및 조율: 외부 개발사와 42dot 플랫폼 팀, 그리고 현대차그룹(HMG)의 품질 및 인포테인먼트 부문 간의 단일 기술 창구(Technical SPOC) 역할을 수행하며, 대내외 기술적 이견과 협의를 주도적으로 조율합니다.
- 안전 및 보안 정책 집행 및 준수 관리: 운전자 주의 분산(Driver Distraction/HMI) 가이드라인 준수, 차량 안전 필수 시스템 영향도, 보안 및 프라이버시 정책을 포함한 Pleos 개발자 가이드라인의 준수 여부를 체계적으로 관리합니다.
- 실차 검증 및 출시 지원: 대내외 유관 부서와 긴밀히 협력하여 서드파티 앱이 OEM 실차 테스트 및 최종 마켓 출시 프로세스를 안정적으로 통과할 수 있도록 현장 기술 지원을 수행합니다.
- Technical Onboarding & Developer Success: Guide 3rd-party developers through SDK integration, API usage, and the developer portal (Playground Console) to ensure a seamless integration environment and drive developer success.
- Validation Failure Response & Troubleshooting: Analyze app validation failures reported by internal validation teams (Ecosystem Quality & Compliance pillar) or external QA partners. Provide actionable logs and clear technical context directly to 3rd-party engineers and lead root cause analysis.
- Technical SPOC & Coordination: Act as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) among external developers, internal 42dot platform teams, and Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) quality/infotainment divisions, proactively mediating technical discrepancies and facilitating alignment.
- Safety & Security Policy Enforcement: Systematically manage and enforce adherence to Pleos developer guidelines, including Driver Distraction/HMI rules, impacts on mission-critical vehicle systems, and security/privacy policies.
- In-Vehicle Validation & Launch Support: Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional teams to provide hands-on technical support, ensuring 3rd-party apps successfully pass OEM in-vehicle testing and final market launch processes.
Qualifications
- 소프트웨어 엔지니어링, QA 엔지니어링, TPM 또는 파트너 기술 지원(Solutions Engineering / TAM) 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분.
- Android 또는 Linux 기반 플랫폼 및 아키텍처에 대한 이해도를 바탕으로 개발팀과 원활한 기술적 소통이 가능하신 분.
- API 및 SDK 라이프사이클 관리 경험 또는 파트너사 기술 협업 경험이 풍부하신 분.
- 객관적 지표와 시스템 로그 분석을 바탕으로 복잡한 기술 이슈를 논리적으로 해결(Troubleshooting)할 수 있는 능력이 있으신 분.
- 복잡한 기술적 갈등 상황에서 감정 대립을 지양하고, 엔지니어와 비즈니스 이해관계자 모두를 조율할 수 있는 높은 수준의 EQ와 의사소통 역량을 갖추신 분.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, TPM, or Partner Technical Support (Solutions Engineering / TAM).
- Solid understanding of Android or Linux-based platforms and architectures, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively with development teams.
- Extensive experience in API/SDK lifecycle management or technical collaboration with external partners.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues logically, utilizing objective metrics and system log analysis.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and communication skills to navigate complex technical conflicts and align both engineering and business stakeholders without escalating emotional tension.
Preferred Qualifications
- 자동차 소프트웨어 표준 및 환경 (운전자 주의 분산 가이드라인, 차량 안전 규제, ASPICE 등)에 대한 이해도가 높거나 관련 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분.
- 대규모 모바일 앱 마켓플레이스 또는 차량용 인포테인먼트(IVI) 생태계에서 파트너 엔지니어링을 수행해 보신 분.
- 스타트업의 기민한 문화(Lean/Agile)와 대기업(OEM/Tier-1)의 체계적이고 엄격한 양산 프로세스(Gate)를 모두 경험해 보신 분.
- Deep understanding of automotive software standards and environments (e.g., Driver Distraction guidelines, vehicle safety regulations, ASPICE) or relevant project experience.
- Experience in partner engineering within a large-scale mobile app marketplace or In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) ecosystem.
- Experience working in both fast-paced, agile startup environments and the highly structured, rigid mass-production processes (Gate) of large enterprises (OEM/Tier-1).
