We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to Tesla. This role is onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX.
What You'll Do
Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needsUtilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talentDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
2+ years sourcing/recruiting experienceExperience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems)Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positionsWorking knowledge of relevant employment market trendsStrong ability to track and manage data and workflowWorking knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Project Engineers, Product Engineers, and other common engineering skillsetsWorking knowledge of software or firmware engineering skillsets is a plus

Expected Compensation
$84,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
