Gotion High-Tech is a global provider of advanced energy and automotive solutions. As we expand into the India automotive and EV market, we are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth, build client relationships, and execute market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the India automotive and EV markets.
- Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support customer visits, technical workshops, and business presentations.
- Report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights to Japan HQ.
Requirements
- India nationality or extensive experience working with the India market.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related field preferred).
- Proven B2B sales experience in automotive, EV, or related energy projects.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese ,Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to India and China as required.
