Job Summary
We are looking for an After Sales Service Specialist to support our after-sales operations in the UK. The role will work closely with fleet customers, service partners, and headquarters technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, maximize vehicle uptime, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilitie
s* Provide after-sales support to fleet customers and service partners, coordinating resources to resolve vehicle service and maintenance issues
.* Monitor and follow up on service cases to ensure timely resolution and minimal vehicle downtime
.* Support the development, evaluation, and management of local service partners and contribute to the expansion of the service network
.* Deliver product and technical training to service partners as required
.* Collect and report field feedback, service issues, and quality concerns to support continuous product improvement
.* Support spare parts operations and other after-sales activities when needed
.* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
.* Provide on-site support across the UK and Switzerland as required

ns* Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fiel
d.* Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, service operations, or fleet support within the automotive industr
y.* Knowledge of vehicle systems and after-sales service processes; experience with electric vehicles is an advantag
e.* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skill
s.* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independentl
y.* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Chinese or Germany is a plu
