Degree or Certificate in Automotive industry is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn about the changes in the personal transportation industry and Tesla products and servicesAble to obtain Tesla forklift certification if required Ability to occasionally lift up to 25kg, climb or balance, kneel or crouch in order to reach and be able to retrieve partsAbility to identify parts, operate systems, and identify potential safety hazards in the parts department
