Duties and responsibilities:
Dealer Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular visits to dealerships within the assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealer principals and sales teams.
- Provide guidance and support to dealers to enhance their sales processes and performance.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with dealers to develop action plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Retail and wholesale targets.
Key Account (Fleet/Corporate) Management
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key corporate and fleet customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and dealers to deliver tailored solutions for large clients.
- Oversee the full sales cycle for key accounts, including proposals, negotiations, delivery, and after-sales service.
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI):
- Monitor dealer CSI scores and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training and workshops for dealer staff to enhance customer service skills.
- Address and resolve customer / partner complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Training and Development:
- Organize and conduct sales training programs for dealer sales teams.
- Ensure dealers are well-versed in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Mentor and coach dealer staff to improve their sales performance and customer service skills.
- Dealer CRM and Daily Operations Management
- Oversee and support daily dealership operations to ensure consistent execution of processes and standards.
- Manage and improve dealer usage of CRM systems, including lead management, customer follow-ups, and sales funnel tracking.
- Monitor data accuracy and completeness within CRM systems; ensure timely and effective lead conversion.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement plans to enhance overall dealership performance.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all dealer operations comply with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to sales and service standards.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address non-compliance issues.
- Assist and build action plans for CI installation for sales and network facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated regions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
