ECU软件管理： o 使用ISTA、ESys或ODIS执行台架刷写和车载ECU编程（如DME、EGS、BDC模块） o 排查刷写失败问题并执行恢复流程（如引导加载模式、回退策略） 2. 整车级测试： o 执行刷写后验证（功能检查、故障码扫描、参数校准） o 通过CANoe/CANalyzer进行诊断测试（UDS、KWP2000）并分析CAN/LIN总线信号 3. 道路与车间测试： o 执行驾驶测试以验证软件性能（如动力总成响应、ADAS功能） o 支持生产环境中的终线（EOL）刷写流程 4. 文档与合规： o 生成测试报告和刷写日志以供OEM审核 o 遵守宝马集团标准（如BMW-60020.0软件更新规范） 任职要求：
- 学历： 汽车工程、电子工程或相关领域本科及以上学历
- 经验： o 3年以上ECU刷写/车辆诊断实操经验（OEM或一级供应商） o 熟悉宝马/MINI车辆系统（持有宝马内部认证者优先） o 了解AUTOSAR架构和ASAM XCP协议
- 驾照： o 持有C1驾照（需熟练驾驶） o 宝马内部驾驶执照（或同等资质）优先考虑
- 语言： 英语可作为工作语言 优先技能：
- 工具：INCA、Vector工具（vFlash）、FlexPro
- 编程：Python脚本用于测试自动化
- 标准：ISO 14229（UDS）、SAE J2534 Key Responsibilities: 1. ECU Software Management: o Execute bench flashing and on-vehicle ECU programming (e.g., DME, EGS, BDC modules) using ISTA, ESys, or ODIS. o Troubleshoot flash failures and implement recovery procedures (e.g., bootloader mode, fallback strategies). 2. Vehicle-Level Testing: o Perform post-flash validation (functional checks, fault code scans, parameter calibration). o Conduct diagnostic tests (UDS, KWP2000) and analyze CAN/LIN bus signals via CANoe/CANalyzer. 3. Road & Workshop Testing: o Execute driving tests to verify software performance (e.g., powertrain response, ADAS functionality). o Support end-of-line (EOL) flashing processes in production environments. 4. Documentation & Compliance: o Generate test reports and flashing logs for OEM audits. o Adhere to BMW Group standards (e.g., BMW-60020.0 for software updates). Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, EE, or related field.
- Experience: o 3+ years of hands-on ECU flashing/vehicle diagnostics experience (OEM or Tier 1). o BMW/MINI vehicle systems knowledge (BMW internal certifications preferred). o Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture and ASAM XCP protocols.
- Licenses: o Valid C1 driver’s license (manual transmission proficiency required). o BMW Internal Driving License (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
