About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems, and turning ideas into successful outcomes. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to guide projects from planning through completion. You will help create clarity, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration so that teams can do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews to support decision-making and progress.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Support teams by removing barriers, resolving issues, and encouraging collaboration.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and team effectiveness.

- Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-level projects.
