We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for bus operations, ensuring the proper diagnosis, maintenance, and resolution of technical issues related to vehicle systems.
IMPORTANT: This is a technician - support role. It´s not related with design, manufacture or sales

Key Responsibilites:
- Provide technical support for bus maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities.
- Assist service centers and field technicians in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, electronic, and vehicle control system issues.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for technical concerns.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and technical evaluations when required.
- Assist with warranty-related technical investigations and documentation.
- Collaborate with Aftersales, Quality, Engineering, Parts, and Training teams to resolve technical concerns.
- Participate in technical training sessions and support the development of technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Related
- 2 to 4 years of experience in: Technical support in Busses is a must, bus maintenance in commercial vehicles, trucks, or public transportation fleets is a must. Other experience will be not considered.
- Basic - intermediate english proficiency
- Able to work onsite, nearby the Airport Benito Juarez - Venustiano Carranza zone.
