Role Overview
As LiveWire EMEA Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational execution across the EMEA region. The role sits at the intersection of new dealer onboarding, dealer performance management, and order operations, supporting both internal teams and our dealer network.
This position focuses on three core areas:
- Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) Operations
- Dealer Performance Management
- New Dealer onboarding
You will be a key operational hub, coordinating requests, managing workflows, and enabling efficient decision-making across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) Operations
- Manage motorcycle and parts ordering process
- Generate Certificates of Conformity (CoC)
- Prepare and manage market registration documentation
- Manage supplier & dealer Purchase Orders
- Maintain accurate industry reporting on EV registrations
- Support process improvements and workflow automation initiatives
2. Dealer Performance
- Monitor dealer credit lines
- Track Accounts Receivable and overdue balances
- Coordinate overdue follow-ups in collaboration with Finance
- Monitor ageing dealer inventory
- Monitor dealer leads & test-ride follow-ups
- Create reporting on dealer KPI health insights providing operational support to the Sales team
- Act as first line operational support through CRM for existing dealer enquiries
3. New Dealer Onboarding
- Own end‑to‑end dealer onboarding, acting as the single point of contact from dealer approval through to operational go‑live
- Manage compliance and documentation, including KYC, contracts, financial setup, insurance, and country‑specific regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross‑functional readiness with Legal, Finance, Sales, Aftersales, IT, and Logistics to ensure dealers are sales‑ and service‑ready
- Oversee systems and tools setup, including dealer portals, ordering, warranty, registration, and internal reporting system
- Drive process efficiency and transparency by maintaining onboarding timelines, reporting status, and continuously improving onboarding workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, finance, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP and business tools (e.g. Excel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
- Ability to work hands-on in a dynamic, start‑up‑style environment
