Position
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented
Testing Engineer to join our Industrial Operations team, reporting to the
Head of Testing and Commissioning.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the testing and validation of cutting-edge energy products, working closely with Engineering and R&D teams in an international and technical environment.

What you’ll do
- Conduct testing of products and subsystems both internally and at supplier facilities, ensuring proper documentation
- Support the definition of factory testing procedures in collaboration with R&D
- Contribute to the development and setup of test benches together with Engineering and R&D teams
- Support production activities during testing and validation phases
- Perform risk assessments and promptly report hazards, incidents, and equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, site requirements, and safety standards
- Complete required training, inductions, and follow permit-to-work and emergency procedures
- Actively participate in HSE meetings, audits, and inspections
- Ensure correct use of PPE and stop activities if unsafe conditions arise
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Technical high school diploma (electrical, mechanical, electronic or similar)
- Experience as electrical installer, supervisor, or maintenance technician
- Good ability to read and verify electrical drawings
- Hands-on experience with measurement instruments (multimeter, Hi-Pot tester)
- Knowledge of PLC software tools (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal)
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel
