Job Title：Logistic Manager - France
Coordination of Xpeng’s logistic scheme in France with a focus on :
Responsibility :
- Responsibility for finished vehicle logistics in France - compound operations and dealer distribution - close cooperation with EU platform logistics with regards to planning, executing transports from plant to country,
- Daily operational execution - communication with key internal stakeholders to support OTD process, also with external stakeholders, logistics service providers,
- Responsibility to support, organize, secure country delivery target achievement,
- Domestic LSP performance measurement and management, reporting to EU platform logistics,
- Support FVL network planning and services procurement activities,
- Eventual logistics project management to optimize delivery efficiency,
- Responsibility for domestic logistics budget, CPU target achievement, budget control
- Implement EU platform logistics FVL quality requirements, documentation in country, damage handling
Profile:
- At least 3 years logistic experience in OEM/Logistic specialist
- Familiar with supply and logistic rules & regulations
- Proven track record of logistic performance monitoring
- Good French and English language skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
- Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilités :
- Responsabilité de la logistique des véhicules neufs en France – depuis les parcs de stockage jusqu’aux concessionnaires - coopération étroite avec la plateforme logistique européenne pour la planification et l’exécution des transports de l’usine vers le pays,
- Exécution opérationnelle quotidienne - communication avec les principales parties prenantes internes pour soutenir le processus de livraison « on-time », ainsi qu’avec les parties prenantes externes et les prestataires de services logistiques,
- Responsabilité de soutenir, organiser et sécuriser la réalisation des objectifs d’exécution par pays,
- Mesure et gestion de la performance des prestataires logistiques nationaux & reporting auprès de la cellule logistique centrale,
- Suivre et soutenir la planification des approvisionnements,
- Gestion de projets logistiques ponctuels/exceptionnels,
- Suivi du budget logistique, du cout par unité et du contrôle budgétaire
- Suivi et pilotage des standards de qualité VN et gestion des avaries
Compétences :
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la logistique chez un constructeur automobile ou un spécialiste logistique,
- Connaissance des schémas logistiques ainsi que des règles de transport de véhicules neufs
- Expérience dans le pilotage de performance logistique
- Bonnes compétences en anglais et Francais
- Diplôme de bachelor ou plus
- Compétences extraordinaires en résolution de problèmes et flexibilité dans les opérations quotidiennes
