- Oversee financial planning, reporting & analysis.
- Track management reports focusing Budget/Estimate/Actuals to ensure those are delivered on a timely manner and with high quality financial information.
- Develop, implement and monitor control framework.
- Be part of Policies & procedures Revision & development over internal control system to ensure consistency and compliance with Company/Group regulations & policies.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc report on financial control report to Company/Group Management Board.
- Participate in finance related projects of the Company.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in finance/accounting area within big/complex organizations and/or audit services in reputable firms.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, similar and above.
- Holding Professional Qualifications like ACCA, CPA, ICAEW... is a plus.
- Experience in automotive/ manufacturing business environment is an advantage.
- Interpretation and analysis skills, diligence and honest in communication.
- Ability to manage stress and work in professional environment, including resilience, accountability and commitment with deadlines.
