Who we are looking for:
The Head of Manufacturing for the seat line is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the seat assembly process. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards, supporting the company's overall manufacturing goals.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the seat assembly process.
- Set production goals and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the seat line manufacturing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Oversee resource allocation and manage external contractors and vendors.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously identify areas for optimization and spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement advanced production techniques and technologies to improve the seat assembly process.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop and enforce safety procedures for the seat line.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment status, and process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance to senior management.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in manufacturing or related areas are a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing managerial roles; OEM experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale production operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in manufacturing management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
