Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee multiple interrelated projects, drive successful client engagements, and align cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and resource optimization across the program lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving multiple workstreams (e.g., Data Analytics, EPM, Cloud).
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; ensure satisfaction, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with multiple project managers and technical leads; track milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget adherence.
- Governance & Reporting: Drive weekly/monthly governance meetings, status updates, and executive dashboards.
- Resource Management: Forecast resource needs, onboard teams, and ensure optimal allocation across projects.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure that project deliveries align with SLAs, SOWs, and internal quality standards.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Recommend improvements in delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices.
Required Professional Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA or PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting with at least 3–5 years managing complex, multi-project programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in managing Data Analytics, Cloud, or EPM projects is preferred.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
