What To Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and organized Vehicle Program Manager to work alongside our Vehicle Programs team. This role will manage cross-functional programs related to our current and future products. The ideal candidate will have a background in program management and a track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch.
What You'll Do
Own program schedule, requirements, and reporting tools for visibility on progress, risks, changesDrive results across cross-functional teams in design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, production, sales, service Consolidate inputs from across teams into executive reviews highlighting risks and opportunities, successes and areas for improvementDocument lessons learned, implementing new improvements/best practices across new programs
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Program ManagementAutomotive, manufacturing, or related field experience is preferredExperience across all stages of product developmentSelf-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to change and work independently with ability to manage multiple parallel-path programs with maintaining attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Strategic thinker with proven experience of ability to recognize, influence and maximize engagement with stakeholders

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
