We’re Hiring: Parts & Repair Sales Specialist | Hybrid (US)
ABB is seeking an experienced Parts & Repair Sales Specialist to support our Americas team. In this role, you will drive service sales for DCS, QCS, and Drives spare parts, with a focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and delivering long-term value to our customers. You'll play a key role in promoting ABB’s complete service portfolio across industries such as Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Life Sciences, and Power.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue parts and repair sales opportunities across the installed base
- Develop and execute targeted promotions and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor
- Utilize tools such as SAP, SFDC (CRM), and installed base analytics to support growth
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of DCS, QCS, and Drives parts and systems
- Proficiency with ABB tools (MCS-DC, SPDC, ServIS) and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
