Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch break) could potentially be a part-time role.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people development and a keen eye for detail. You’ll play a key part in facilitating and coordinating our training programmes across the group, while also supporting our HR function with essential administrative duties.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for all training-related queries from colleagues and managers
- Monitor and track training expenditure, cross-referencing invoices and credits
- Coordinate and develop training programmes through Mercedes-Benz and other providers
- Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz training standards across the group
- Organise and schedule in-house and external training, including all logistics
- Create and deliver engaging in-house training sessions where required
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within HR or training)
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
