Job Summary
The postholder will play a pivotal leadership role within the Trust and be responsible for supporting a culture of health, wellbeing and inclusivity across the organisation. The post-holder will provide overall management and leadership to our staff health and wellbeing (HWB) programme, 5 ways to a healthier YOU and support the broader total staff benefits programme, Showing we care about you (SWCAY programme), specifically the health and wellbeing components.
The post holder will be responsible for leading rigorous and robust transformation of the programme ensuing alignment with the financial envelope set. This includes; strategy review as well as programme management including planning, reporting, and managing risk.
This is a fast paced, varied and dynamic role and we are looking for a proactive individual, a strategic decision maker who can work autonomously, flexibly, set direction, prioritise tasks independently and liaise effectively.
Your communication skills will enable excellent working relationships with a wide range of professionals within the Trust, our partners and local and national organisations. You should be a motivated professional who is passionate about health and wellbeing, delivers best practice and embraces change.
You will be experienced in driving transformational change, staff health and wellbeing programmes, public health initiatives, project management, and health promotion.
Main duties of the job

We are proud of our award-winning health and wellbeing programme which has achieved the 'excellence' accreditation of the London Healthy Workplace Award.
The post holder will be a strategic decision-maker, working closely as a member of the Senior Management Team to help shape the future direction and sustainability of the HWB programme.
Highly skilled in transformational change they will be responsible for leading a rigorous and robust transformation of the SWCAY programme and to underpin modernisation of the service within the allotted funding stream.

- Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development.

- Evidence of leading successful programme and / or operational performance and improvement at a strategic level; including business case preparation, service initiation / commissioning, contract negotiation, and the development and monitoring of output and outcome measures.
