We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on
Head of Product to lead and evolve our entire product ecosystem—from customer experience and subscription flows to medical platforms and internal tools. You’ll own the product vision and execution, guiding roadmap decisions that thoughtfully balance growth, retention, compliance, and user delight.
In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical operations, and engineering, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company as a key member of the leadership team and trusted thought partner.
Responsibilities and Duties - Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling long-term product vision aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Build and Scale the Product Function: Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and cross-functional collaborators.
- Drive the Roadmap: Translate business goals into clear product strategies and prioritize initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, subscription management, retention, and telehealth experiences.
- Lead Innovation: Identify new product opportunities, explore emerging technologies (AI, personalization, logistics optimization), and drive innovation in the regulated digital health space.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, marketing, operations, medical, legal, and CX to ship impactful features quickly and efficiently.
- Obsess Over Data and Outcomes: Use analytics, research, and A/B testing to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Own Execution: Ensure timely and high-quality roadmap delivery by balancing speed, excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 7 years leading teams in high-growth DTC, subscription, health tech, or e-commerce environments
- Demonstrated ability to define long-term product vision while also addressing detailed execution and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach; proven experience using data to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
- Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, or insurance, with direct collaboration alongside legal, compliance, and medical teams
- Proven track record of driving results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions
