Are you a proactive, dynamic and driven analyst, ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We are looking for a Junior Portfolio Analyst to join us on our new adventure in London. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report directly to the Senior Portfolio Analyst, as we build on our 5.3 million square meter UK portfolio and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.
As Junior Portfolio Analyst, you’ll have responsibilities on both a country and international level. As a local market specialist, you’ll focus on the UK market, providing country-level analytics support. You’ll also be collaborating closely with our Amsterdam-based Portfolio Management team on ad hoc and ongoing projects. In this part of your role, you’ll provide essential support and country-specific insights to the Portfolio Management team as they manage performance optimization and report Mileway’s performance to its shareholders.
You’ll be joining a young and ambitious company, so there are plenty of opportunities to contribute, and some pioneering to be done. We operate at high speed with no shortage of challenges to solve. The right candidate has not only the drive and discipline to handle the day to day, but the ambition to grow with us as we develop an unparalleled opportunity as the principal player in last mile real estate.
