Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive productivity and effectiveness, including events and campaigns
- Monitor and support the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Sales operations, sales management, or related role experience
- PC literate with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce experience required), and analytics
- Experience in the technology sector with an understanding of industry-specific processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
