Role: Automotive Parts Distributor Inside Service Specialist.

We are a third-generation family-owned company that is the leading distributor nationwide in auto glass!

We are currently looking for highly motivated, career-focused individuals that are seeking to engage in a new opportunity with on-the-job training.

An office administrative background isn’t necessary for the success of this position. People skills, conflict management, and a strong desire to succeed. Root cause problem solving is necessary for our successful candidate. Individuals with backgrounds in retail, retail management, and leadership are also welcome to apply and are encouraged! This is not the classic "office administrative job."

Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns.
Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits.
Accurately key data into our proprietary software.
Interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees.
Interact positively with customers, both in-person and on the phone.
Handle transactions in will call.
Assist with inventory – you will interact with operation warehouse inventory control.
Positively interact with customers via telephone and in-person to provide information and assistance.
Show the highest level of customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Provide information about the products and services.
Protect customer account information and pricing as private.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Process payroll as assigned.
Communicates clearly with the branch manager when items require escalation, or objectives are at risk.
Is approachable, and available for action items as team members need guidance and resolution.
Completes assigned work efficiently and in an organized manner within an established time frame.
Understands and follows all company processes and procedures.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism including mutual trust and respect to all company employees as well as customers.

Qualifications:

Capable of passing a drug test, including marijuana.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Spanish/English Bilingual a plus.
Clean driving record.
Use modern warehouse practices and methods – iPad and Bluetooth.
Excellent leadership skills including abilities to set goals, motivate, and manage conflict.
Effective communication skills including writing, speaking, and active listening.
Great interpersonal skills.
Good project management skills including strong decision-making, problem-solving, and knowing when to escalate to the next level.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Displays passion and optimism.

Education: High school or equivalent (required).
Experience: Customer Service: 4 years.
