What To Expect
Tesla is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Specialist to join our North America team in Palo Alto, CA. This role will focus on North America events and marketing operations and require meticulous planning, cross-functional communication, and execution of multiple consecutive industry conferences and regional events. This role will also facilitate various budgetary processes and fulfillment of global marketing-specific product allocations.
To succeed, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, they should have a passion for renewable energy and be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What You'll Do
Lead the planning and execution of major events, ensuring they align with strategic business goals and lead generation targetsPlan and support distributor events and Installer roadshows, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered from setup to tear downCoordinate and manage the global requests and shipments of PW3 marketing unit allocations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to support marketing initiativesWork with the Finance team for monthly reconciliation of the North America marketing budget, ensuring minimal variances and transparency
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or a similar roleProven experience in managing both large-scale and smaller, targeted eventsStrong project management skills, with proficiency in event planning softwareExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systemsCreative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
