Our Client, specialist private equity firm, is looking for a highly motivated Investment Associate to join their dynamic investment team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.
- Support end-to-end deal execution, including market research, investment thesis development, and structuring.
- Monitor and analyze performance across the investment portfolio, identifying opportunities for value creation.
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategy.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including founders, management teams, and advisors.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
