What You'll Do
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Tesla 5S Standardization GuidelinesConduct daily physical and visual audits of assigned areas to ensure 5S standards are consistently metComplete Audit Scorecards and capture photos to document compliance in assigned areas.Physically set up new PC Buffer/Supermarket areas, including labeling floors, bins, racks, signage, and clearing debrisPrepare tools and materials to assist in maintaining 5S standards, including printing, cutting, gluing, and laminating labels, signage, and documentsCollaborate with Inventory Control, Material Flow, Production, and NPI teams to ensure efficient operationsSupport and adhere to Warehouse Team best practices, and identify discrepancies in materials or components, reporting them to the lead
