Tesla is looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Service Coordinator to work in one of the most progressive companies in the world. We are seeking experienced coordinators with excellent oral and written communication skills to work on our growing commercial product networks. As a pivotal member of our Commercial Field Service Team, the Commercial Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating service activities to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction. This position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do
Utilize the provided programs and dashboards to review and plan work schedules for the assigned regionCollaborate with Territory and Field Managers to ensure that priorities are being addressed effectivelyCollaborate with the Regional team to coordinate the parts and tools required for Field Service Technicians to complete their assigned tasksCoordinate site access with the designated point of contact (POC) for each site, including internal stakeholders for pre-commissioned sites, customer contacts for operating sites, and utility companies, on occasionCreate and manage Purchase Orders; Order / call off equipment rentals (i.e. forklifts, scissor lifts, generators, etc), Coordinate external training (forklift certification, CPR, etc.)Monitor for new and actionable activities, pivot as needed based on priorityPerform other related duties as assigned

Expected Compensation
Project Coordinator II - $19.04 - $28.56/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
