The Service Development team is looking for an experienced and dedicated Technician ready to tackle problems impacting Service Technicians globally. The focus is to improve service repair processes and influence vehicle design by utilizing technical skills and creativity. You will need to take initiative as an individual as well as pivot quickly for team goals and targets.

What You'll Do
Develop service repair processes and establish repair times for current and future modelsIdentify, test, and implement improvements for current service repair processesExamine CAD design and recognize improvements for current and future modelsEvaluate prototype tooling through design phases leading to global field useResearch and comprehend field facing issues to identify process and design improvementsTake in feedback from Service Technicians to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and productsParticipate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment
What You'll Bring
Position requires onsite attendance with the teamTesla service technician with at least 3 years’ experienceExperience maintaining and repairing vehiclesFluent in Tesla vehicle architectureProficiency or ability to learn CAD programsOperate a variety of hand, power, and shop toolsHigh priority projects will require staying until the job is done

Expected Compensation
$26.80 - $63.76/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
