Inventory & Wholesale Clerk
Summary/Objective
The Inventory & Wholesale clerk ensures the accuracy and efficient processing of vehicle inventory, titles and purchases of new & used inventory. This roll will include verifying and ensuring all information is accurate on documents which includes but not limited to interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve any issues.
Essential Functions
- Maintaining files on Wholesales & Vehicle Inventory
- Maintenance & verification of titles/MSO for new & used inventory
- Meets company timelines in processing duplicate titles, DRt’s and resolving title issues
- Support for title clerk if needed
- Consistently responds to wholesaler/auction & management inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
- Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated with this position
- Receives payments for dealer trades & wholesales
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Attends pertinent training when needed

Overview

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting warehouse operations. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to inventory management within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track stock movements and manage data collection.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and improve stock management processes.
- Assist in the development of inventory reports for management review.
- Support retail management by providing insights on stock performance and trends.
Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience in contract management related to inventory procurement is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial modeling as it relates to inventory costs is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data mining techniques for effective inventory analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
