Summary – Sales Manager
As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, and maintaining customers. A customer-focused attitude is a must. At our growing company, you will be a key contributor to the company’s success. We are looking for team players who can work well with others, and who can develop relationships with customers of all sizes.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow accounts.
- Follow up with customers, maintain good relationships.
- Call/email/roadmap reviews, forecast and create various reports.
- Send quotes, receive POs, follow up on production schedule, coordinate with logistics team to provide accurate information to customer, review service issues and coordinate with service team for speedy resolutions.
- RFQs, RFIs, administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts, MNDAs, sending documents.
- Lead special projects along with the director of sales and program managers.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of high-volume sales experience in related industries.
Preferred Experience
5 years of high-volume sales experience in the charging industry.
Required Skills
Ability to prioritize projects, computer literacy, abilities to provide accurate forecasts and reports, presenting, excellent written and verbal communications, teamwork, customer service, planning, project management and planning, willing to work with teams across time zones and countries.
Traveling requirements
- 20%, occasionally traveling to other offices in other locations may be required.
