What To Expect
Disclaimer: This position is expected to start May 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e., through August/September) or into early Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before applying.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. Again, please do not apply until you know you can work 40 hours per week. This is required for external applicants. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Tesla Energy is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Energy Service Compliance Team. The role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multi-disciplinary projects, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen.
Our Mission: Ensure employees across the Energy Shared Services organization adhere to set processes and requirements. Our team ensures internal processes are being followed, and internal and external industry standards are being met. We are also responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to internal and/or external stakeholders, creating paths for improvements.
What You'll Do
Assist in managing complex cross-functional projects to meet organizational goals, overseeing the day-today progression of the assigned project and performing administrative tasksLiaise with Project Lead and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Collaborate with Project Lead and stakeholders to anticipate and manage risks and project changeEnsure that all aspects of the project are organized and in conformance with timelines and deliverable requirementsCreate and maintain project documentationMonitor, evaluate, and propose measures to determine customer pain points/expectations and to continuously identify opportunities for improvementsMonitor and evaluate calls/chats/emails to ensure quality standards are metParticipate, as needed, in calibration sessions and internal listening sessions to provide constructive feedback for improvementProvide regular feedback regarding trends or compliance issues that may ariseAnalyze data to generate valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
What You'll Bring

Expected Compensation
$25.00 - $42.00/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
